Hi! I’m Kate, your ops alchemist
I help scaling companies build operations that actually work: the systems, the teams, and the processes that grow efficiently alongside the business. I blend strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership to help businesses move past the bottlenecks that come with growth, without losing the quality and culture that got them here.
With over 10 years of experience in operations, project management, and process improvement, I've partnered with companies across manufacturing, startups, and service-based businesses to build the infrastructure their growth demands. From leading process improvement initiatives at Boeing, to scaling multi-market operations at a Series B startup, to helping growing businesses build their operational backbone from the ground up. I've seen what works (and what breaks) at every stage.
My background in Industrial & Systems Engineering, paired with my Project Management and Online Business Management certifications, means I bring the strategic rigor to back up my approach. And as a Zapier Certified Partner, I know how to make your systems talk to each other so your team can stop doing things manually.
